Prices and payment
Displayed prices are in euro and include 20% Austrian Umsatzsteuer. Shipping is shown separately before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Shipping
Tracked small-parcel delivery: Austria € 6,90; Germany € 14,90; other supported EU countries € 19,90. These are customer prices including VAT. The longest and shortest sides of the packed parcel must total no more than 45 cm. Contact us before payment for larger orders so we can confirm packing and quote delivery separately. Untracked Economy delivery is not currently offered.
Merchandise is dispatched from Austria with Österreichische Post. Select your delivery country in the bag to see the shipping charge before payment. EU overseas territories and destinations outside the EU customs and tax territory are not supported. Clothing and bags are handed to the carrier within 3–5 working days after payment is confirmed. This processing time does not include transit time. Bicycle delivery is quoted separately and is not included in the reservation.
Free collection is available by prior appointment at Raydo GmbH, Seidlgasse 12a, 1030 Wien, Österreich. Contact us before paying to arrange collection; the online merchandise checkout currently offers shipping only.
Right of withdrawal
For clothing and bags bought online, consumers can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after they, or a person they designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. Send a clear withdrawal statement to Raydo GmbH at the address above, email pcd.project2023@gmail.com, or use the online withdrawal form before this period ends.
Refunds and returns
Send returned clothing and bags to Raydo GmbH, Seidlgasse 12a, 1030 Wien, Österreich, within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. You pay the direct return postage. This does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.
We refund the purchase payment and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Legal guarantee
Statutory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Bicycle reservations
The €100 reservation payment is refundable and deducted from the full price shown for the selected bicycle bundle. Before the final purchase, the Prideful Custom Design Team confirms the specifications, condition, collection or delivery arrangements and remaining balance in writing.
Privacy
Raydo GmbH is responsible for processing your order and contact data. We use the information needed to process payments, fulfil orders, handle enquiries and returns, and meet accounting obligations. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Delivery details are shared with the carrier where needed to ship your order. For privacy enquiries, contact pcd.project2023@gmail.com.
